The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting and speaking with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates from start to finish recruiting and hiring new employees ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates to qualify their fit for a position with the client
Managing a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods
Ensure candidate and new hire files are completed
Conducting telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates and document phone screens accordingly
Handling any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions
Updating Applicant Tracking System to reflect status of candidates and requisitions
Develops and implements targeted recruitment strategies. Assists in establishing best practice recruitment efforts and adjust recruitment strategy as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Recruiting experience
ABA knowledge preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
